Okay, enough with the book of rules. Some people probably are held back after reading that book of rules, so let's put it simple :D:

1. I'd like graphics/resource sites please. I'm not looking to affiliate with blogs, collectives, etc. Also, it should be viewable to all ages.
2. We should contact each other at least once a month through MSN or email or by commenting. I'll try my best to do so also.
3. Your graphics should be in good quality and somewhat unique. You should be able to use your own resources that you've created.
4. Please have your site in English. I don't know any other language; sorry.
5. Lastly, a link on all pages will be appreciated, for I'm doing the same for you. :]

If you don't recieve an answer within a week, then you were rejected. I won't be sending out emails to why you were declined (unless you would like me to). But don't worry! You can always apply again if you think you've improved. :D
