Have you been dreaming of getting paid hosting and getting a domain ever since you got started in webdesign? Dreams can come true! This little article will tell you what great hosts are out there that convey good deals!
One of the hosts I
strongly suggest is
DreamHost. You know why? Well, their smallest plan offers
a lot of space, say, 160gb and over 1000gb (or 1tb) of bandwidth. That's alot of space! And the best part of it is that it's only $7.95 a month! You can get a two year pre-payment, where you pay like 190 dollars or so for two years without having to pay in monthly. Plus, there's no set up fee! They also have a one year pre-payment. Monthly payments have a 50 dollar setup fee. I chose the two year pre-payment, haha. Your bandwidth will increase 16gb each week (depending on what your plan is) and your disk space will increase 1gb each week! I just love them.
And they also have customer service. Which is awesome.
Dreamhost supports PHP, Perl, MySQL, CGI, SSI, and much more. There are also
auto installs where you can easily install WordPress, phpBB Forums, Image galleries, E-commerce, and more!
Again, I really suggest Dreamhost if you're planning to host sites, like me, or you just NEED all that space for a huge website you're building. Oh yeah, and did I mention you can register your own domain name (yourdomain.com/net/org) free for one year? After your one year of a free domain, you'll have to pay 9.95 per year. When you get hosted by Dreamhost, you can host unlimited subdomains, domains, etc. I'm telling you, I love their hosting! This is one of those hosts that have a great deal. And they give you a
97 Day Money Back Guaruntee if you don't like their hosting ;D.
Okay, maybe you're not wanting HUMUNGO space. Say, 1gb? Okay, well you should go to
ROUThost. One of my affiliates is hosted by this host, and she says they're wonderful. For the smallest plan, you only pay 2.95 dollars a month if you pay annually. That means you pay 35.40 dollars/year. Now that's a good deal. I don't have alot of information of this host. If you need more, just go to their website. :D
Oh, so you're not wanting to get hosted and you just want a domain? I'd go to
GoDaddy to register one. It's only $8.99 a year for a .com, .net, or .org.
Yeah, I bet you're thinking I sound like one of those advertising people. Well, I'm helping you to get good deals, right? Maybe that does sound like advertising, but oh well. I hope this little article taught you something. If not, uh...sorry?
