Here are the Terms of Use. These are the rules for using my graphics I provide you 
and the other things you need to know before proceeding to use them. Other things I will list
 are the rules for this site.

<ul>
<li><b>You must always credit me if you use something from my site</b>. These resources are not for you just to save them to you computer, the place on your site and not giving me any credit, since I'm the one who created it. 
<li>Do not sell/claim/alter/copy/recreate any of my resources. They should remain origional.
<li>Do not direct link any of the images or media, for you would be taking away the bandwidth that <b>I'm paying for</b>. Save the resources to your own account.
<li> Never steal my site layouts for you use, for that is just plain stupid. They were customly made by me with my hard work placed into it. Do not steal my coding either.
<li>I will not reply to your messages asking for help on, say, coding tables. I have not the time to teach anything to you. You can look in the tutorials if you like and see what I have for you. 
<li>Do not use the contact/affiliate forms to advertise junk or your own sites. Never spam on those forms either, for they are there for a purpose.
<li>You must not use my resources for commercial use (selling for your own profit). They are for noncommercial use.
<li>Do not place any rude/racist/sexual/flaming messages into my tagboard or comment area of the updates. Keep all comments positive and keep those dirty thoughts in your own mind. Do not settle any disputes within my commenting areas either. Settle them privately over email.

If you decide to break any of the terms, you will be considered doing something <b>illegal</b>, especially if you were stealing or selling one of my resources/designs. To refer to copyright laws, please go <a href="http://www.copyright.gov/title17/circ92.pdf" target="_blank">here</a> and find Chapter 13, which is <u>Protection of Original Designs</u>.

<h2>Terms of Designs</h2>
When using the premade designs I made, you must, first of all, keep the <b>credits</b> (wherever it is) where they are and do not alter them or delete them. The images to the layouts must not be altered or edited in anyway, unless you have permission from me. If you wish to change something within the layout's image, please use the contact form saying so.<br>
You must not sell or redistribute these designs. They are not used for commercial use unless I decide to sell them myself. You should not download those designs just to steal the coding I have.
